Shopping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Most often we use ACS Cyprus, but if the client has another preference then, at checkout, in the additional notes section, he can specify which courier company he prefers.
In cases of domestic appliances extra charges may occur and in some cases we may not be able at all to deliver to your desired location.
However, in any case we will contact you in advance to inform you accordingly.
In cases of remote areas where home delivery cannot be carried out to your chosen area, you can choose one of the two other methods.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Your order will be ready for pick-up in 1 to 5 working days. Due to the increased amount of orders, it might need some additional working days.
When your order is ready to be delivered to your location you will be notified via phone and or/email.
Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and secure digital payments such as Apple Pay where available.
Is paying by card safe on this site?
Yes. All card transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Sensitive information like card numbers is encrypted. We also support verified security features like CVV codes.
Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
No — at this time, each order must be paid using one payment method. If you need to split payment (e.g., partially via voucher / gift card), please contact customer support to see if that’s possible.
What is the refund / cancellation policy for paid orders?
You can cancel within the timeframe specified in our policy (usually before it’s shipped). Refunds are processed via the original payment method. It may take several business days for refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Can I return an item after using it?
Used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or under warranty.
