Purchases from JLF Electronics Ltd. physical shops

Unopened, unused and in the original packaging


The return can be done at any JLF Electronics Ltd. shop within 10 working days from the purchase date, along with the receipt. The product can be exchanged with a coupon or a similar product of the same value.

Opened, unused and in the original packaging

The return can be done at any JLF Electronics Ltd. shop within 10 working days from the purchase date, along with the receipt. In this case, the product will be checked by our Service department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange. The product can be exchanged with a coupon or a similar product of the same value.

Opened, unused and in the original packaging

The return can be done at any JLF Electronics Ltd. shop within 10 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange. In this case you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY
How to cancel an online order
If you have chosen to Pick-up from JLF Electronics Ltd. shop, you can cancel your order up to 1 working day, after the order confirmation date.
If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from ACS Courier Pick up Point, you can cancel your order before the product is handed to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above in cases 1 and 2.
